Interior Design & Furniture Show!

This Sunday (yesterday) we took a visit to NEC in Birmingham to take a look at The Furniture & Interior Design Show.

There were some great pieces of furniture here that would look amazing in a home cinema.

✅ We love cinema recliners but much of our work also takes place in viewing rooms or lounges that demand something a bit more relaxed. Some of the L shape sofas here were just so comfy and sharp looking.

✅ Also rugs were featured throughout the show, we love a nice texture and colour - and there were some amazing patterns here. We would love to see some of these styles in our home cinemas. Rugs not only add to the aesthetics of the environment but they help in regards to the acoustics of the room.

Colour Schemes!

Colour plays a significant role in the design of home cinema rooms because it can affect the overall viewing experience.

✅The right colour scheme can help to create the desired mood and atmosphere for the room, as well as enhance the perceived image quality on the screen.

Additionally, colour can be used to create a sense of depth and dimension, making the room feel more immersive.

✅ A good home cinema room design should take into account the use of complementary and contrasting colours, as well as the effects of ambient light on the overall viewing experience.
